New theme
Exciting times for us!
Our new theme is released
It has been slow in the making, but finally the site has a new stylish theme! I think that you will agree that this theme enhances the site and make things much easier to read.
Thanks to Tim from http://www.tim-productions.tv, who helped us out with the basics of the new design.
New plugins
New plugins are in the process of being released, so watch this space!
A new version of the famous and well used purple_wysiwyg editor is available. It now caters for IE9 and PHP5.3 and has had some small bugs fixed. The new version of the file manager can now be used in all browsers. It also has a new very nice gallery style FancyBox preview function. More information is available here.
The new purple_fancybox plugin has been in development for twelve months. It allows any user to view images and videos automaticllay on your e107 site using FancyBox. You as admin can fully configure the plugin, or alternatively just use it as supplied. It will do all the work for you! More information is available here.
Our purple_login plugin is an exciting new plugin that allows an e107 user to automatically log in to other external sites such as Facebook, Twitter etc. This plugin makes use of widget to drive the login process to each specific site.
For the Coppermine Photo Gallery users out there, the purple_cpg_bridge plugin creates a bridge between the latest versions of e107 and Coppermine. It allows you to seamlessly integrate Coppermine and e107, bringing the power of Coppermine galleries to e107. You can read more about this plugin here.
Due to the extensive time these plugins took to develop, each is only available as donationware. Your donation however is used for a good cause, so feel free to donate.
New host
We have now moved our site to a new host and fast server. Thanks to the guys at julula.com for their dedicated e107 hosting service! It makes a real difference in not simply being a number, but being regarded as a client.
New demo site
